The Operator Behind the Firm
Michel Chamberland is the Founder and CEO of IntegSec, an offensive security firm, and the creator of TurboPentest, an agentic AI penetration testing platform that delivers a full, auditor-ready pentest report in hours starting at $99. He founded IntegSec in 2024 on a straightforward premise: elite security testing had become a line item only large enterprises could afford, at exactly the moment AI-assisted development started shipping code faster than any security team could review it.
He built the company on twenty years of running offensive security at scale, including as North America Practice Lead at Trustwave SpiderLabs and as Manager and Senior Hacker at IBM X-Force Red, where he led penetration testing, red team, and breach response engagements for Fortune 500 clients. IntegSec's bench now spans the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Philippines, staffed by alumni of X-Force Red, SpiderLabs, Bishop Fox, NCC Group, and Google, testing cloud, web, mobile, APIs, embedded hardware, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and AI/LLM systems.
Chamberland is an operator as much as a security leader, which is what made TurboPentest possible. He ran a dial-up ISP in Louisville, Kentucky, built 3D virtual reality simulations on Silicon Graphics hardware, and as head of technology at EPS Financial stood up an entire financial services technology stack in under twelve months, from the datacenter and call center to the loan origination software itself. EPS was later acquired by Meta Financial Group. He architected and built TurboPentest himself.
He has spoken at RootCon, SecureMaine, BCNET, and the KEDC AI Summit, led the OWASP Suncoast chapter, served on CREST's North America council, and is currently OffSec's New England Chapter Ambassador. He holds CISSP, OSCP, and OSCE certifications and an M.Sc. in Information Security and Assurance from Western Governors University.
What He Brings to an Engagement
Twenty years of Fortune 500 offensive security, plus the operator's instinct for how a business actually breaks — not just where the platform does.
Fortune 500 Red Team Leadership
Led penetration testing, red team, and breach response engagements for Fortune 500 clients at IBM X-Force Red, then ran the North America practice at Trustwave SpiderLabs.
Enterprise Platform Depth
A bench that tests cloud, web, mobile, APIs, embedded hardware, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and AI/LLM systems — the surfaces most generalist testers never touch.
He Ships, Not Just Advises
Stood up an entire financial services technology stack in under twelve months at EPS Financial — datacenter, call center, and the loan origination software itself.
Built TurboPentest Himself
Architected and built the agentic AI pentesting platform end to end — a full, auditor-ready report in hours, starting at $99, rather than a quote and a six-week wait.
A Genuinely Global Bench
Operators across the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Philippines, drawn from X-Force Red, SpiderLabs, Bishop Fox, NCC Group, and Google.
Credentialed and Accountable
CISSP, OSCP, and OSCE, with an M.Sc. in Information Security and Assurance — and a seat on CREST’s North America council shaping how the industry certifies this work.
